Description

Mains Bridge at Glamis Castle is a small bridge built in the mid to later 19th century. It features a single segmentally-arched design that spans Glamis Burn. The bridge is constructed from squared and snecked dressed rubble, with rusticated piers and rusticated voussoirs. The approaches to the bridge are battlemented, and it has moulded ashlar coping.
