Description

The East Tower of Glamis Castle is possibly from the 14th or 15th century and was raised and crenellated, likely in the late 18th century. It is a circular structure made of rubble, standing approximately 14 feet high and currently roofless, featuring a crenellated parapet. Near the top, there is a row of oval openings with ashlar margins. The northwest side has a doorway with chamfered arrises, and there is a blinded window on the west side.
