Description

Early 19th-century. 4-storey and attic 6-bay commercial

and tenement building. Polished ashlar, painted to

ground and 1st. Close door and round arched pend to

right, door pilastered and corniced. All single light

windows, sash and case with 4-pane glazing. Late 19th

century mansard slated roof with segmental pedimented

dormers. Rear elevation squared rubble, margined sash

and case windows with 4-pane glazing windows.

Full-height projecting brick stair tower to centre at rear.
