St Benedict's R.C. Church And Presbytery, 755 Westerhouse Road, Glasgow

St Benedict's Roman Catholic Church and Presbytery, located at 755 Westerhouse Road in Glasgow, was built in 1965 by the architectural firm Gillespie, Kidd and Coia.

The church, numbered 753, has a rectangular shape with dark grey rendering on brick, which was originally a lighter color. It features copper monopitch roofs that are connected by strips of glazing, with the wallheads rising above the roofline. The front elevation includes a flush porch on the left with strip glazing above it and a cross offset to the right, situated under a catslide from the lower pitch of the main roof. To the left of the porch is a baptistry with a raised monopitch roof and a small angle pane window at the top left. On the right, there is the Lady Chapel, which has a raised monopitch roof that is higher than that of the baptistry. The right side also has narrow strip glazing at the ground level and a single-pane window further to the right. The glazing strip between the main roof pitches is notably irregular. The side walls reflect the roof pitches and feature closely spaced slender buttress strips. The interior was not seen in 1991.

The presbytery, numbered 755, is located to the southeast of the church and is designed in a similar style, although it has a lower and narrower roof. The front elevation includes timber-framed strip glazing between the roof pitches and below the eaves, with some panes arranged in a strip above the lower windows (1 + 2 + 2 from the left). There are small single-pane windows in the side elevations, while the rear elevation was not seen.
