Description
30-32 Church Place in Upper Largo is an 18th-century building that has undergone significant alterations. It is a two-storey structure with a harled exterior. On the north elevation, there are two windows on the first floor, and the porch features a catslide roof with a forestair leading to the upper floor.
The south elevation has three bays, with the outer ground floor windows designed as tripartite. The east gables feature crowsteps, with the left gable shared with No 28. The building has a slate roof and brick stacks at the ends. The north elevation is rendered, with straight skews and moulded skewputts.
