Description
The Edward VIII post box, located in Comely Park, Dunfermline, was built in 1936. It features a columnar design with a swept frieze leading to a shallow-domed cap that has a dentilled rim. Made of cast iron and painted red, the base is painted black. The shaft of the post box displays 'EVIIIR' in raised lettering, with a crown above and 'Post Office' below.
