Description

12 Halketshall in Limekilns is an 18th-century, asymmetrical, two-storey, three-bay house. The exterior is rendered with painted surrounds around the openings.

On the south elevation, there is a central door with flanking windows and three first-floor windows. The west elevation is attached to 13 Halketshall, while the east elevation is connected to 11 Halketshall. The house features two-pane sash and case timber windows and has a pitched roof covered with modern red clay pantiles. There are crowstepped skews between 12 and 13 Halketshall.

The interior was not seen in 2000.
