Description

18th century. 2-storey, 2-bay, square-plan house with rear outshot. Rendered; raised base course; raised painted surrounds to openings; raised vertical margins to arrises.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: timber, panelled door to right; chamfered architrave. Window to left; 1st floor bipartite window above.

W ELEVATION: small 1st floor window to right. Mid 20th century windows to ground and 1st floor to left.

N ELEVATION: partially seen. Pitched rear wing with monopitch outshot attached.

E ELEVATION: attached to 12 Halketshall.

Replacement 2-pane and 4-pane windows. Pitched slate roof; crowstepped gables; beaked skewputts. Gable apex stacks. Tiled monopitch roof to rear outshot.

INTERIOR: not seen, 2000.
