Description
13 Halketshall in Limekilns is an 18th-century, two-storey house with a square plan and a rear outshot. The exterior is rendered with a raised base course and raised painted surrounds around the openings, as well as raised vertical margins at the edges.
On the south elevation, there is a timber panelled door on the right with a chamfered architrave, and a window to the left with a bipartite window above it on the first floor. The west elevation features a small first-floor window on the right, while mid-20th century windows are present on both the ground and first floors to the left. The north elevation is partially visible and includes a pitched rear wing with a monopitch outshot attached. The east elevation is connected to 12 Halketshall.
The house has replacement two-pane and four-pane windows, a pitched slate roof with crowstepped gables and beaked skewputts, and gable apex stacks. The rear outshot has a tiled monopitch roof. The interior was not seen in 2000.
