Description

5 Broad Wynd in West Wemyss is an earlier 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house with a rectangular plan and a piend roof. The exterior is finished in dry-dash with painted stone margins.

The south elevation is symmetrical, featuring a timber door in the central bay at ground level, flanked by windows on either side, and regular window placement on the first floor.

On the east elevation, there is a window to the right of the center at ground level, with two windows on the first floor. A high rubble wall is located to the outer right.

The north elevation backs onto a high rubble wall.

The windows are timber sash and case with a 4-pane glazing pattern. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are coped dry-dashed stacks with cans.

The property is enclosed by semicircular-coped rubble boundary walls, which reach eaves height at the rear.
