121 High Street, Kirkcaldy

121 High Street in Kirkcaldy is an early 19th-century, three-storey, six-bay terraced tenement that features shops at ground level. The building is constructed of painted ashlar at the front, with rubble at the rear, and has an eaves course.

On the south elevation facing High Street, there is a painted ashlar doorway with a timber door and a plate glass fanlight located in the outer right bay at ground level, alongside two modern shops to the left. The upper floors have regular fenestration.

The north elevation includes a turret-roofed stair tower at the center, while other parts of the building are obscured by a single-storey structure on Hill Street.

The second floor has a 12-pane glazing pattern, while the first floor features timber sash and case windows with a 6-pane upper section over plate glass lower sashes. The ground level has fixed display windows. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are coped ashlar stacks with cans and ashlar-coped skews.
