Description

18th century; late 19th gabled dormers; late 20th century single storey addition to N. 2-storey, basement and attic, 2-bay, square-plan end-of-row house. Rendered. Half-timbered dormers to N and S. Crowstepped gable to W. Ground sloping down to W.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: 2 modern basement windows in fall of ground to left; ground floor timber door to right; window opening centred above; ground floor window to left, 1st floor gabled dormer window above.

E ELEVATION: adjoining Nos 10 and 14.

N ELEVATION: single storey modern piended extension; Large half-timbered gabled dormer with window above.

W ELEVATION: 2-bay; 2 ground floor windows above basement level; small square window to attic to right; piended modern extension to N.

Predominantly 12-pane timber sash and case windows; timber margin-paned window above main door; modern timber windows to basement. Replacement timber and glazed door. Pitched roof; pantiles with easing slates; slated dormers; crowstepped skews; beaked skewputts; coped rendered gablehead stacks; clay cans.

INTERIOR: not seen, 2002.
