Description
This building, created by David Harding in 1970, features large, intricately detailed moulded concrete reliefs on the wing walls at the north and south entrances of the pedestrian underpass at Western Avenue. The non-repeating, abstract design includes elements such as wheels, pulleys, cables, circuitry, and various symbols that reference local industries, particularly focusing on mining, paper-making, and electronics.
