Description
Woodlee is a late 18th century, 2-storey, 3-bay rectangular-plan house located at 13 Manse Street in Aberdour. The building features rendered walls with painted stone margins around the openings and a base course.
The northwest elevation is nearly symmetrical, with a central door flanked by windows and three first-floor windows centered above. There is a small inserted ground floor window to the right of the door. The northeast elevation presents a plain gable wall, while the southwest elevation is attached to 17 Fairways House.
The entrance includes a timber panelled door with a narrow fanlight above. The windows are 4-pane timber sash and case style. The house has a pitched roof covered with grey slates, and it features a raised, coped skew and a gable apex stack with cans on the northeast side.
