102, 104, 106 North High Street, Musselburgh

102, 104, and 106 North High Street in Musselburgh is an early 19th-century tenement building that stands three storeys tall with attics and features shops on the ground floor. The facade is four windows wide and constructed of ashlar stone, topped with a cornice and blocking course. The ground floor showcases a full-width applied timber cornice, which is damaged at the right-hand end, and an original fluted band course adorned with roundel rosettes. This band course continues to No. 112 but is partially hidden by modern shop fascias. There are two shops with a stair door located between them, as well as an elliptically arched vehicular pend at the right-hand end. The windows have been reglazed with single-pane sash and pivot styles. The roof is now covered with concrete pantiles and features two large modern square, piended dormers.
