Description

24 Hercus Loan is a villa built around 1830, featuring two storeys and a symmetrical facade that is three windows wide. The building has a slate roof with end stacks and is constructed from droved ashlar stone, which includes a band course at the first floor level, as well as raised margins around the windows and an eaves course. The windows are primarily six-pane sashes, with the exception of the central first-floor window, which has been reglazed with a single-pane sash.
