Description
60 High Street is a mid 18th century, two-storey, four-bay shop and tenement. The building is constructed of rubble, with a painted front and harled gables.
On the south elevation facing the street, there is a central doorway with a recessed door, flanked on the left by another doorway that features a panelled door. To the left, there is a modern shop front, while to the right, there is an early 20th century shop front that includes a recessed central door. The first floor windows have plate glass sashes, and there is a coped wallhead stack located at the center of the building.
The roof is pantiled, with gable head stacks and raised plain skews.
