Description
3 Silver Street in Dunbar is a pair of two-storey houses dating from the earlier 18th century. They feature five bays and are constructed from sandstone rubble, which was previously rendered. The doors are located in the second and fifth bays of the north front facing Silver Street, with a buttressing wall at the base level. The west gable is adjacent to the rear of a shop on High Street, while the east gable has high windows. The south front has openings and is accessed by a narrow close. The houses have a pantiled roof with plain copings and brick gable stacks positioned between the third and fourth bays. There are also blocked windows present.
