Description

Peddie & Kinnear, circa 1860. Single storey, 4-bay gabled lodge. Squared and snecked rubble with stugged ashlar dressings. Base and eaves courses. Shoulder-arched door; chamfered arrises; raked cills; stone and timber mullions.

SE (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: panelled timber door in bay to right of centre with bipartite window to outer right; slightly advanced gabled bay to left with flat-roofed canted window under deep blocking course, further bipartite window to outer left.

NE ELEVATION: blank gabled elevation.

8- and 12-pane glazing patterns in timber sash and case windows. Graded grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks. Ashlar-coped skews with moulded skewputts and finials. Cast-iron downpipes with decorative fixings.
