Description

Straightbow Bridge, built around 1825 with later alterations, is a narrow single arch bridge spanning the Glazert Burn. It features sturdy battered piers and later splayed parapet walls. The bridge is constructed from squared, coursed basalt rubble, with bull-faced quoins and round sandstone copes on the parapet.
