Description

The Cholera Monument in Howard Park, Kilmarnock, is a small stone memorial built in 1832 to honor the victims of cholera. It is surrounded by a low, single railing and features small stone piers adorned with diamond carvings. The monument includes a plinth, a string course, a square shaft that holds a memorial plaque, and is topped with a cushion cap.
