115-121 Nethergate, Dundee

115-121 Nethergate is an early 19th-century, three-storey tenement building located on a corner site, featuring shops on the ground floor. The structure is built of rubble sandstone with ashlar dressings, although most of these have been refaced in concrete. It has a piended grey slate roof, a cill band at the first floor, an eaves course, and margined angles. The windows, originally 12-pane timber sash and case, have been altered to 4-pane. The building has ashlar-coped skews with skew blocks, rubble and brick stacks, and a large shouldered wallhead stack facing South Tay Street.

On the South Tay Street elevation, there are modern shopfronts on the ground floor, with six windows on the first and second floors symmetrically grouped in threes, and a central wallhead stack. The Nethergate elevation features altered shopfronts on the ground floor and six windows on the first and second floors. The interior has not been seen.
