Description

Stratford House is an earlier 19th century building located on Academy Road in Moffat. It is two stories high and has a three-bay front made of painted rubble with ashlar margins. The central entrance features pilasters, and there is a shop to the right, both of which are situated beneath a deep moulded fascia. The building has a gabled roof covered with slate and includes end stacks. There is a rear wing that faces Grange Road.
