Dated 1775 (on marriage lintel, "1775 WEJ"). Terraced house, 3-bays, 2-storeys. Pebledashed with margins. Central 2-leaf door. 12-pane sashes throughout. Straight skews, end stacks, slate roof. 2 storey rear wing.
