Circa 1830. 2-storey, 3-bay, originally terraced flats. Rubble with tooled red sandstone dressings. central door, 2 windows flanking, 2 at 1st floor. Plate and 12-pane glazing pattern. End stacks, slate roof. Rear forestairs.
