Description

Mid 19th century (post 1845). 2-storey, 3-bay T-plan terraced house with pend (shared with no 21). Painted render. Base course; architraved openings.

SW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: step to central entrance; consoled corniced pilastered doorpiece; 4-panel timber door; letterbox fanlight. 2 single windows flanking at ground; 3 single windows at 1st floor. Timber door to pend to outer left.

4-pane timber sash and case windows; rooflights. Grey slate roof; stone skews; coped ridge stacks (mutual with adjacent properties); corniced cans. Cast-iron rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.

BOUNDARY WALLS AND GATEPIER: coped rendered boundary wall; single square plan gatepier marking path to pend.
