Description

Mid 19th century (post 1845). 2-storey, 3-bay L-plan house. Harled. Base course; blocking course; quoin strips; corniced doorpiece; architraved openings to 1st floor.

SW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: mutuled corniced doorpiece to central entrance with decorative capitalled pilasters; 4 panel timber door; fanlight; decorative consoled cornices and aprons to flanking ground floor windows; regular fenestration to 1st floor.

4-pane timber sash and case glazing; Velux rooflights. Grey slate roof; mutual stone skew to outer left with No 23; broad rendered coped ridge stacks; circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.

BOUNDARY WALLS, GATEPIERS, GATE AND RAILINGS: coped harled boundary wall; square-plan gatepiers; tapered moulded caps; cast iron gate; cast iron railings.
