Description
The Lodge at Terregles is an earlier 19th century single-storey Gothick lodge that has been extended at the side and rear in the later 20th century. The main front faces the drive and is bowed, featuring three pointed-arched windows with a common cill and hoodmould, flanked by narrow lancet windows, also with hoodmoulds. To the left, there is a set-back porch that includes a pointed-arched door with a hoodmould. The original south elevation has been altered by the addition of a 5-light bow window.
The lodge has a single original chimney stack, with the upper part set at an angle. The glazing has been replaced, and the roof is covered with graded slate and has a prominent eaves.
