Description
1-7 Church Crescent in Dumfries is a pair of three-storey, three-bay tenements built between 1825 and 1830, with nos. 5 and 7 being slightly taller. The buildings feature shops on the ground floor and are constructed from droved red ashlar. A string course runs above the ground floor but is partially obscured by shop fascias. The shop fronts at nos. 5 and 7 are pilastered and have consoles. The tenements have sash windows, most of which have altered glazing, along with cill courses, a cornice, straight skews, end stacks, and slate roofs.
