10-12 Buccleuch Street is a mid-19th century building that stands two storeys tall and features three bays. The ground floor has altered openings, while the first-floor windows are made of plate glass sashes. The exterior is finished in painted droved ashlar and includes a cornice, a blocking course, and a single piended square dormer. The building has straight skews and end stacks, topped with a slate roof.
