Mid 19th century. 2-storey, 2-bay terraced house over basement. Droved ashlar sandstone with polished ashlar dressings to front. Eaves cornice and blocking course. Painted projecting window cills.

SW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: ground floor entrance door to right bay. Painted doorpiece with pilasters and entablature; rectangular plate glass fanlight. Regularly fenestrated.
