Description

17 Buccleuch Street is a building from the earlier 19th century. It has two storeys with an attic and features a door on the left within a pilastered doorpiece. There are three windows on each floor, although the ground floor windows have likely been altered. The windows are mostly plate glass sashes. The building is constructed of red ashlar and has a band between the floors, a cornice, and a blocking course. It also includes a single piended canted dormer, straight skews, and a slate roof.
