Description
Cleuchfoot is a house, likely dating from the early 19th century. It is a two-storey, three-bay structure with a rear wing. The rear wing consists of an earlier, single-storey, three-bay house which has subsequently been raised to two storeys. The house is constructed of rubble stone with ashlar margins, although the west gable is rendered.
The south elevation features a central panelled door with a fanlight, set within stepped reveals. There are twelve-pane sash windows, corniced end stacks, and a roof covered with graded slates. The rear wing has twelve-pane sash windows to its west-facing elevation and projecting eaves.
A steading is not included in the listing.
