Description

1 Corberry Place is an early 19th-century building that is part of a terrace. It has two storeys with a basement and features four bays arranged in a pattern of three plus one, with a pend on the right side. The exterior is finished in painted stugged ashlar with contrasting colors for the ground and first floors, and the south flank has three bays that are pebble-dashed.

The entrance is marked by a pilastered doorpiece, with modern glazing at the ground floor. The first floor has sash windows that feature a 12-pane glazing pattern, and the margins of the windows are linked to a band course that runs along the eaves and lintels at this level. The building has end axial stacks and a slate roof that is piended on the south side. Access to the upper flats is located in the re-entrant angle of the building.
