Description
Nether Cassock is an early 19th century farmhouse. It is a two-storey, three-bay building with a near full-height rear wing. The farmhouse is harled, with painted ashlar margins highlighting the details. The south elevation features a central pilastered doorcase with a recessed panelled door set into stepped reveals. Sash windows with four-pane glazing are present throughout. Corniced end stacks mark the corners of the building. The slate roof is piended and has been raised asymmetrically where it meets the roof of the rear wing; the rear wing itself has bracketed eaves. A steading is not included in the listing.
