Description
West Cottages comprise a terrace of four single-storey cottages built in the mid-19th century. They are arranged as a continuous block with a central doorway serving multiple properties. Each cottage has three bays, featuring 12-pane sash windows with decorative hood mouldings over. The walls are constructed from whin rubble, with ashlar dressings outlining the windows and corners. The roof is covered in slate and incorporates corniced axial stacks. The statutory address is Kirkland Village Cottages.
