Description

Simple rectangular tower probably of 16th century date.

Ruinous above ground floor level used now as storage/cellar

to adjoining Balmangan farmhouse. Rubble built with enlarged

openings to ground: door to E, later blocked arched cart

entrance to S. Vaulted basement with wheel stair to NE angle.

No other features of note survive, Balmangan farmhouse

adjoins to N.
