1 Sunnybrae Cottages

1 Sunnybrae Cottages is a single-storey cottage likely built in the second half of the 18th century, although it may not all be from the same period. The cottage features three very narrow bays with a central gabled timber porch, along with three wider bays that have a blocked door near the center and end stacks. It is constructed of rubble and painted with contrasting margins. The windows are small-paned, and the roof is slate with a piended design on the east side. The rear elevation has been altered with modern glazing. The cottage is set behind a low garden wall with cast-iron railings and has plain, square, polished ashlar gatepiers topped with bell-cast caps.
