Description

The summerhouse at the Queensberry Arms Hotel, located at 47-49 High Street in Annan, dates from the early 19th century. This small Gothick structure is situated at the southwest corner of the hotel garden. It has a polygonal shape and is constructed from polished red ashlar stone. The openings feature hood-moulded Tudor arches, and there is a bracketted cornice. The summerhouse is built against the garden boundary wall.
