Description

Earlier 19th century rectangular-plan 2-storey, 3-bay north-facing house doubled in size late 19th century with addition of south-facing block linked to earlier house by a single bay, now H-plan and curently sub-divided into 4 flats.

Original house: snecked and squared red rubble (additions red ashlar) with painted dressings; north elevation: simplified Classical ornament; all openings pedimented, with acroteria and brackets; central full-height (shallow panel projection) into which panelled door with fanlight and cornice to 1st floor window is set; angle pilaster strips; cornice; slate roof.

Addition: 3-bay south elevation with off-centre door; steps at east to upper door. End Stacks; piended roofs, with graded slates.
