Description
Millbank, located on Well Road in Moffat, is an early 19th-century building that stands two stories tall with a symmetrical front featuring three bays. The exterior is harled with painted margins. The central door has been modernised, and there are sash windows throughout. The building has a gabled slated roof with stacks at each end, and it includes a rear wing.
