Description
Circa 1900. Temple-fronted single storey lodge with N-facing
tetrastyle Roman Doric portico; all polished red ashlar with architraves, sympathetic rendered addition to S. Panelled
door with fanlight and flanking windows under porticos; 2-bay
flanks (excluding addition) small-paned sash windows
throughout. Cornice and blocking course; axial stacks;
continuous slated roof.
Gatepiers: ball-finialled and corniced square piers also
polished red ashlar, quadrants stugged and snecked;
wrought-iron gates with Art Nouveau ornament.
