Description

Circa 1800. 3 storeys with bar on ground floor. 4 bays.

Mainly rendered; channelled ground floor, 1st floor

architraves; 2nd floor margins and rusticated quoins all

ashlar; all painted. Deep, painted fascia under string course

over bar front with enlarged windows flanking doorway;

2nd doorway right. Plate glass sash windows; straight skews;

end stacks; slate roof. Almost blank gable to Newall

Terrace, 1 small window 1st and 2nd floors.
