Description

This is a three-storey warehouse built in the earlier to mid-19th century, located above the quay in Annan. It is part of a long row of mainly lower industrial buildings that share common gables. The warehouse has a deep plan and features a gabled design with six regular bays on its long elevations. It is constructed from coursed red rubble with ashlar dressings, while the street elevation on the east side is rendered and has undergone alterations at the ground level. Each gable-head has paired loft openings, and the roof is covered with modern corrugated asbestos.
