Description
Struan House, located at 33 Claremont in Alloa, was built in 1905 by William Kerr of John Melvin & Son. This two-storey building is designed in the English traditional style of the arts and crafts movement. It has an L-shaped plan with a lean-to structure at the north gable and a piended lean-to porch at the angle. The exterior is harled and features red sandstone dressings, topped with a tiled roof.
