Craigmyle, located at 35 Claremont in Alloa, is a building designed by William Kerr of John Melvin & Son around 1902. It features a tall single-storey main block with an attic and garret, topped with high piended roofs. There is a lower two-storey wing facing the road and a striking three-storey bowed tower with a broad-eaved conical roof at the corner. The entrance is accentuated by a timber Roman Doric porch, and the building is constructed of red stone with a slated roof.
