Description

Claremont House, located at 39 Claremont in Alloa, was designed by William Kerr of John Melvin & Son in 1902. This building features two storeys and an attic, along with a single-storey porch. The forebuilding includes a finely sculptured doorpiece and a rainwater head. The exterior is made of red snecked rubble and is covered with a slate roof.
