Description
The Iron Bridge over the River Devon in Cambus is an early 19th-century structure built by the Carron Company. It features a single-span, segmental-arched design made of prefabricated cast iron lattice girders. The bridge is supported by coped, squared, and coursed sandstone abutments, which have curved approaches. It has a timber deck with iron guide rails and metal railings.
