Description

Dunmar House Hotel is a large, asymmetrical two-storey villa set in its own landscaped grounds. It was built around 1900 and may have been designed by William Kerr of Alloa. The building features an Arts and Crafts style, with stone at the lower level and timber framing that is white-plastered above, including the gables. It has complex roof forms and prominent chimney stacks, as well as glazing with multi-paned upper sashes.
