Description

Circa 1870. 2-storey, 3-bay a-symmetrical house attached to church. Rendered and whitewashed facade; rubble sandstone to rear and side elevations. No base, string or blocking course. Tudor-arched openings (original) and painted rectangular surrounds (20th century) to all openings.

N (PIER PLACE) ELEVATION: entry at ground to left of centre; boarded timber door; 2-pane fanlight set in Tudor arch above. Single windows to ground floor in bays to centre and outer right; decorative iron guards (20th century) to both. Single windows in all bays at 1st floor; Tudor arches and painted surrounds.

8-pane timber sash and case windows to all openings. Grey slate roof in diminishing courses; harled and limewashed apex stack to E.
