Description

Earlier 18th century. Single storey, 3 bay, rectangular plan bothy, detached to NW of Baberton House (see separate listing). Tooled random rubble with rubble dressings. Long and short quoins; polished lintels.

SE (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: asymmetrical; polished doorway to centre with rounded margins; replacement timber door. Doorway to flanking bay to right with replacement door; window to flanking bay to left.

NE AND SW ELEVATION: blank.

NW ELEVATION: not seen 1997.

Single pane timber window. Purple-grey slate piended roof with lead ridges and ventilators. Cast iron rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.
